Eric, a Florida Native,
attended The University of South Florida and received a
bachelor’s degree in International Studies. He later
attended Barry University School of Law, receiving his
Juris Doctor in 2000.
Eric, who truly enjoys
serving others, joined the OCBA in 1997 as a law student
and began participating in public service work. Eric’s
commitment to serving the public is not only shown by
his pro bono services, but also by the numerous Family
Law cases he has handled from the Legal Aid Society.
Eric’s active role in the
legal community, professionalism, civility and ethics
are of the utmost importance to him. Active in the legal
community; he is currently a member of:

When not practicing law or
volunteering in the community Eric enjoys supporting our
own Orlando Magic, and spending time with his Family.
Eric is seeking a judicial
position because of the tremendous opportunity this type
of position would provide him to serve the public. Eric
believes that Judges are public servants, and possibly
have the most important public service responsibility in
our country. While judicial candidates are restricted
from talking about most issues that are on the minds of
all of us today, if elected he promises to follow the
Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida, maintain
civility and respect in the courtroom, and treat all
individuals as equals, regardless of why they are in
Court.
